Free design programming for youth ages 9-12, where students learn creative skills through sport jersey and apparel design.
Over the course of our specialized 12-week curriculum, students design their own sport jersey as a way to learn creative thinking, self-expression, and storytelling skills. Students go through a variety of skill building modules, where they build confidence in brainstorming, ideation, and storytelling.
The majority of the program is spent on the jersey design project, where students are encouraged to visually express who they are, what means most to them, their future aspirations, and messages they want to share with the world. These jerseys become a blank canvas for students to express their full selves, and share who they are with the world.

Since 2018, Design FC has provided creative programs to over 1,000 youth in Chester. Our students have collaborated with major brands, professional athletes and teams, and travelled to visit some of the biggest companies in the world.
