As a 7th grader, Alycia is the newest member of the Design FC Academy. She has previously served as Junior Coach Program where she mentored younger students in the program.

In 2024, Alycia was selected to represent Design FC and Chester as a design leader for the first ever Design FC Youth Creative Collective project, where she worked with youth around the world to design a collaborative jersey.Alycia will continue to build her creative skills as part of the Academy Program, and explore her love for basketball, painting, and design.

How it works

SELECT SCHOOL

Identify a youth sports team, school, or organization in need of new jerseys

CURRICULUM TRAINING

Arrange a design workshop with Design FC. We’ll work with teams for 2-3 hours and take them through our specialized design process.

PROGRAM SUPPORT

We’ll manufacturer the jerseys, and ship them directly to you.

JERSEY CREATION

Host a jersey launch and media day for youth players, capturing the project and the story behind the jersey.
